In Genesis, God gave Adam and Eve charge of his creation. We still have that responsibility today.

Talking Points:

  • We’re naturally drawn to the beauty of creation because God created us that way. Back in Genesis, God created this beautiful garden and put Adam and Eve in charge of it.
  • In today’s society, we are more detached from creation. We live in cities that have removed us from nature.
  • As Christians, we have the same job that Adam and Eve had. God put us in charge of his creation so we need to care about it and be good stewards of what God has given us.

Quote This:

Romans 8:20-22 Against its will, all creation was subjected to God’s curse. But with eager hope, the creation looks forward to the day when it will join God’s children in glorious freedom from death and decay. For we know that all creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time.
