We know how destructive gossip is yet we all can fall into it so easily.

Talking Points:

  • No matter who it is or what has been done, every person is an image bearer of God and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Genesis 1:27
  • Don’t be a landing pad for gossip. Be brave to lovingly confront someone who shares something with you that you feel is gossip and encourage them to talk directly to the offender. Ephesians 4:15
  • Before you share with others, pray and make sure your heart is in the right place with the right motives. And, ask yourself who is the person that needs to hear the information. Ephesians 4:29, James 1:26
