President Kennedy famously said, "Ask not what your country can do for you ask what you can do for your country." How true is that attitude in our relationship with God?

Talking Points:

  • It’s easy to fall in the trap of thinking God should do for us but we don’t have to do for God.
  • We should obey what God asks of us – not because we have to in order to be saved – but because we want to honor Him.
  • It’s always worth taking risks for God so be brave! 1 Peter 3:15
