When you're on your social media, you need to know that it's not reality.

Talking Points:

  • Social media allows you to create a world that is not real because you can create a false sense of self based on the pictures you post.
  • The enemy wants you to hide in the darkness and feel unworthy and unloved but God wants you to be free. When you’re honest about the good and the bad, you can have authentic, healthy relationships with others. 1 John 1:7-10
  • It’s important to find a trusted friend and mentor with whom you can be honest about your struggles and a person who will point you towards God.
