Disciple-making isn't a spiritual gift. It's the mission that unites every believer.

Talking Points:

  • The full time ministry workers are a gift to the church who equip the people to do ministry. Ephesians 4:11-12
  • When pastors are doing their jobs and the people are doing their part, everyone matures in their faith. Ephesians 4:13-14
  • Making disciples is the mission Jesus gave us. When we share God’s truth with others, we internalize and learn from it as well. Ephesians 4:16
