One of the most destructive communication patterns in marriage is passive-aggression. Here are three reasons NOT to get into the habit in your home.

  • Passive- aggressive communication is when you say hurtful things in an indirect way. It might be in the form of a joke or the roll of the eyes. 
  • This type of communication is very hurtful. It comes from a mean heart and it’s very confusing for your spouse to know or understand your true intentions. 
  • It’s better to use honest and genuine communication with your spouse so you can get to healthy resolution. Ephesians 4:29
