Memory Verse
All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals, and to prayer. Acts 2:42

Winning is fun, right? But, winning can also be bad. Sometimes, people who win at everything like to brag about how good they are. They like to make other people feel bad because they lost. So, sometimes winning can be a negative thing.

Today, we’re going to talk about a different kind of winning. It’s not about beating someone in a game. It’s about having the right attitude and actions that honor God. It’s about winning at church.

The _______________ Shows Us How We Can Win at Church

The first church is the one Jesus started 2,000 years ago. They wanted to make Jesus happy. In Acts 2:44-47 we find three main things they did in order to win at church and make Jesus happy.

The first thing has to do with teaching.

We Win When We Listen to Our _____________

It’s not only about listening to your teacher’s words, but it’s really about listening to God’s words.

Second, it says that “the believers devoted themselves to fellowship”. “Fellowship” is a fancy word that means friendship.

We Win When We Make _____________ at Church

It means that you need to talk to other kids and be nice to them.

And the last thing to win at church is very simple.

We Win at Church Every Time We ________ Together

God loves listening at our prayers because he cares about us. He has always care about us. So, you should pray together with other kids.
