The Ashley Madison adultery site got hacked, and millions of men and women are panicked that their secrets might finally come out. Here's what to do.

Unfortunately, spouses cheating on spouses is all too common in the world today. There was even a website created to aid in discretely setting up affairs. When it was hacked, many cheating spouses were found out. In the bible, Moses was preparing to lead the Israelites into the promised land and he said this:

Numbers 32:23 But if you fail to keep your word, then you will have sinned against the LORD, and you may be sure that your sin will find you out.

Moses said this to the Israelites thousands of years ago, but it is still true today.

First in this verse he is talking about keeping your promises, which is what marriage is about. You have made a vow and covenant to God through marriage. Many people say  they will stay true, but then go and have affairs despite the promises they made to God and their spouse. God says that if you fail to keep your word, your sin will find you out. It may not be immediately, but you can be sure that it will be found out.

Here are four things you should consider doing if you are in a cheating relationship:

#1 Seek the Truth

No more pointing fingers or making excuses. Make a list of the lies that have facilitated in putting you into the situation that you are in right now.

#2 Admit it to yourself

Quit lying to yourself, admit that what you are doing is wrong.

#3 Admit it to your spouse

Repent and tell your spouse the truth of what is going on, and that you know it is wrong. At some point you have to step up and tell the truth that you did this to them and to your marriage.

#4 Get counseling

Find a mentor or a marriage mentoring couple so that you can starting working to rebuild your marriage.
