Learn a simple three-part framework that will help you understand the difference between believing something in your head and acting on it from your heart.

Key Points:

  • Good habits start with how you think. The world feeds us all kinds of lies. If you can learn what the Bible says, you’re on your way to changing the way you think and act.
  • Good habits move to how you feel. When something you believe gets to your gut, you buy into it at a whole new level.
  • Good habits are obvious by what you do. The most enduring habits have staying power. That gut-level conviction get converted into everyday actions for all to see.
  • God promises gut-level conviction to people who accept Christ, giving them the Holy Spirit to empower their everyday choices. That’s what the prophet Ezekiel was talking about in Ezekiel 36:26-27.

Quote This:

Ezekiel 36:26-27 And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations.
