Escape addiction by fighting for the joy in Christ that is superior to the fleeting pleasure of pornography.

Talking Points:

  • The solution to pornography is not to say “No” out of duty. This will certainly fail. The fight for a superior pleasure realizes that my pleasure will actually increase if I don’t go to pornography.
  • The battle can be won. God can enable you to sit in front of a computer and not go to pornographic sites. You can think of your King Jesus and be faithful. Matthew 5:8
  • The main place to fight the battle isn’t in a list of “do’s and don’ts”. It is by fighting for a joy that is superior than the quick surge that comes from pornography. Matthew 5:28-30
